Masterclass: Creating Star-Quality Desserts
with Former Senior Michelin Inspector

For the first time in Asia, a former Senior Michelin Inspector will be flying in from California to teach Singapore bakers how to create star-quality desserts. 

Ms Heather Soto, who is also a pastry chef and super taster, recently left the world renowned food guide after more than a decade of critiquing thousands of restaurants across the world. She will share her insights and train you to elevate the quality of your desserts to the next level.

Participants can choose to attend one of two exclusive sessions held at IncuBaker on November 18. Each training session is 4 hours long with an additional 2 hour take-home assessment. The take-home assessment can be submitted in person anytime on November 19 or 20.

About

Heather Soto

Ms Heather Soto is a former Senior Inspector for the world-renowned Michelin Restaurant & Hotel Guides. After 11 years of travelling, tasting and critiquing thousands of restaurants across the world, she has established a consulting company this year in California to help restaurants, start-ups, and chefs, and lends her finely tuned palate to judge international food competitions. 

Prior to joining Michelin, Ms Soto trained professionally at the Culinary Institute of America and worked as both a pastry and executive chef. 

She will be specially flying to Singapore for this first-of-its-kind Masterclass.

Ms Heather Soto is a former Senior Inspector for the world-renowned Michelin Restaurant & Hotel Guides.

After 11 years of travelling, tasting and critiquing dishes from the world’s best chefs, she has established a consulting company this year in her hometown, San Francisco. She provides customised consulting for restaurants, start-ups and food companies, and lends her finely tuned palate to judge international food competitions.

Prior to becoming a food critic, Ms Soto trained professionally at the Culinary Institute of America and worked as both a pastry chef and executive chef.
