If we do not respond to your inquiry in 1 hour, you are entitled to a SGD$25 Discount.

Modification to Orders

All sales are final. Because each order is individually prepared for you when you place an order, orders cannot be modified, altered or change in any way, once they are placed and confirmed. Preparation of your order can begin 2 days before the delivery date of your order, as such, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.

Delivery Policy

All food preparation and deliveries are the combined responsibility of Homebakee and respective Homebaker allotted by Homebakee. Please be aware that Homebakee and allotted Homebaker will do everything we can to meet the delivery time you specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You must notify Homebakee immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your online order number. Cancellation fee for the orders is mentioned below –

a.     Cancellation at least 7 days before the Order Date – No Charge

b.     Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days of the order Date – 50% of Order Value

c.     Cancellation less than 3 days before the order date – No refund.

In rare circumstances where a restaurant cannot fulfill your order, or the product is not available for any reason, we may cancel the order. In such scenario, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
